This is an ongoing project to clear my backlog of books on my bookshelves. I’ll show you the list of books I chose today and after I’ve read them, I’ll come back and tell you what they are about and what I thought about them. This time I will be reading books that are black.
The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch
Andrew’s Brain by E.L. Doctorow
The A to Z of You and Me by James Hannah
The Imperfectionists by Tom Rachman
I Know This Much is True by Wally Lamb
The only book from this set I have read before is The Last Lecture. I read it when it was first published. The others will all be first time reads. I am most excited for I Know This Much is True. Another book by Wally Lamb was my favorite for at least a decade, but I’ve never read anything else by the author. The A to Z of You and Me was purchased in February of 2018, but the rest of the books have been on my shelf for long enough that I can’t remember acquiring them.
I’ll be back with my thoughts on these five books once I’ve finished them all.
Have you read any of these books before?
